To help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, MAi inspects its source materials, sands any rough spots, selects matching materials, and glazes the glass as needed prior to shipping. Doors are then palleted, cartoned and shrink-wrapped to protect the wood and the glass during shipping. MAi ships from inventory as much as possible to provide fast turnaround to its distributors. |
