Hinge and Sill Options
Hinge FinishesAll MAI pre-hung doors feature ball bearing hinges for optimum performance and ease of use. All 1-3/4" doors feature 4" x 4" ball bearing hinges; all 2-1/4" doors feature 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" ball bearing hinges. Hinges are available in any of the below colors, at no additional charge.
Sill OptionsWhatever your application, MAI offers a sill choice to fit your needs. Whether you need a standard in-swing sill with adjustable threshold (pictured below), an out-swing bumper sill, or a low-profile (ADA-compliant) sill, we can provide it. We also can provide special in-swing or out-swing sills designed for Florida and coastal use.
